I train and inspire field teams on the front lines of patient access. In the past three years alone, I’ve assisted more than 500 provider practices across multiple specialties in triaging access challenges and improving revenue cycle management.

I serve as a speaker and facilitator to multiple programs related to managed care contracting, physician practice operations, and healthcare financial management and reporting. My experience includes more than two decades of managed care contract negotiations and financial analysis, including operational management of multiple-specialty physician group practices. In addition, I was the managed care division controller for a cardiovascular services company that developed, managed, and consulted with specialized cardiac care hospitals and facilities.

I received my Master of Science in financial services from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at Hartford Graduate Center and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Saint Augustine’s College.
