Nancy Young is Vice President of Commercialization Services with Amerisource Bergen Biopharma Services. In this role she works both internally to enhance existing services, develop innovative services, and externally with clients as they transition from the clinical stages of product development to commercialization. 

Prior to her current role, Ms. Young led the market access strategy team at Xcenda, the strategic consulting practice within Amerisource Bergen focused on health economics, outcomes research, reimbursement, market access and staffing solutions through the healthcare industry. Ms. Young has been with Xcenda for 12 years. Prior to joining Xcenda Ms. Young spent 15+ years in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry in a variety of roles from sales, sales leadership, medical science liaison, and research and development with both emerging biopharmaceutical companies and large pharma.   

Ms. Young has a degree in Nuclear Medicine and enjoys helping companies with innovative or complex products work through their strategy. She has launched multiple oncology products, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals throughout her career. Ms. Young has been an invited speaker at industry and professional conferences. 

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling. She is an avid sports fan and loves attending college football and basketball games with her family. 

Ms. Young received her Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Medicine from the University of Iowa in 1987, where she was awarded the Mallinckrodt Award for Outstanding Nuclear Medicine student.
